Condoleezza Rice is an U.S diplomat and political scintist. She became the first black woman to serve as the ‘Secretary of State’. After completing her Ph.D, she worked as a political science professor at the University of Stanford for three decades. There she served as the first Afro-American provost and was also appointed as the chief budget and academic officer.
